Homebuyers advising offered
Southern Oregon Coast Housing Opportunities Provider offers homeownership and pre-purchase counseling.
SOC-HOP is a nonprofit organization that utilizes funding from Oregon Housing & Community Services to provide free one-on-one counseling to the residents of Coos County. This counseling includes: credit review, assessment of loan options available, information on down payment assistance programs and financial fitness and homebuyer education opportunities.
